What is it?

In short: Your PIN = Your unique, safe and strong password. It's the same every time, all you have to do is remember your four digits.

Good passwords are almost impossible to remember. With Pin2Pass, you only have to remember your PIN. Just generate your password, copy it and go back to logging in and surfing the web.

How to

  1. Drag to markup your password
  2. Right click and select "copy"
  3. Go back to your login page, right click the password field and paste your password!

FAQ

  • Is my password the same every time?
    – Yes. As long as you use the same pin and length our algorithm will create the same password.
  • What happens to my passwords if I loose my pin?
    – Nothing, they are still safe. No passwords are stored on your computer, they are generated on the fly from a remote server based on your PIN.
  • Why should I use this service (and app)?
    – Good passwords are very hard to remember. PIN Codes however are not so bad. With this service you have don't have to create easy-to-guess (and crack) passwords.
  • Can I use this on my phone?
    – Sure can. You'll find the app on Google Play. An iOs version is coming soon.

Pin2Pass creates a secure password based on best practice password policies: They're long (the longer, the better), they contain a multitude of lower and upper case characters as well as (optional) symbols and numbers.
